Formation Classes

Adult and Youth Formation for the Spring
For the spring, Youth and Adult Formation will be combined and we will be studying different kinds of spiritual practices. The classes willstart on Sunday, February 9, and will run through May 15. Spiritual practice helps people of all ages by giving us a connection to the Divine, fostering a sense of meaning in life, developing inner peace, and offering a framework for coping with challenges in life. Spiritual practices disconnect us from the busy-ness of our minds and help us realign with our souls. Everyone is invited to attend and to be a part of this intergenerational experience! Classes will be in Trinity Commons at 9:15 each Sunday.
