Saint Andy’s Clothing Closet – COMING SOON!
As an extension of Saint Andy’s Pantry, we are excited to announce the launch of Saint Andy’s Clothing Closet, opening after Easter (April 20). While our pantry settles into its new location in the Parish Hall, we are using this time to prepare for the clothing closet’s launch—and we invite you to help us get started!
Between now and our opening, we welcome donations of clean, gently used clothing and other essential items, including:

Lightweight clothing for hot, humid, and rainy weather, such as:

Comfortable walking shoes and sandals
New packages of socks and underwear
Shoes (all sizes)
Adult and infant diapers
Clothing hangers for shirts/jackets and skirts/pants
Shorts, t-shirts, sundresses, and breathable fabrics
Personal care and hygiene items such as:
Combs, brushes
Toothbrushes, toothpaste, floss, mouthwash, chapstick
Travel sized soap bars, shampoo, dry shampoo,, deodorant, lotion, sunscreen, hand sanitizer, etc.
First Aid items such as Bandaids, antibiotic ointment, sanitizing wipes, and OTC medication such as Advil, Tylenol, etc.

Saint Andy’s Clothing Closet builds upon the mission of Saint Andy’s Pantry, which recently moved from Saint Joe’s House to the Parish Hall to expand its reach. As the pantry adjusts to its new space, we are preparing to grow this ministry in new ways. The clothing closet is another expression of Saint Andrew’s call to love and serve our neighbors in Five Points South and Glen Iris, bearing witness to the good news of Jesus—both at the altar and in the streets.
As we continue to organize logistics, we also welcome volunteers to help with sorting, organizing, and distribution. If you're interested in getting involved, please contact Fr. Peter Helman at rector@standrewsbham.org.
Thank you for your generosity and for being part of this work of love and service!
