End Gun Violence

Beginning this Monday, Oct. 7, Saint Andrew's will begin to observe its monthly masses of requiem on the first Monday of every month at 6:30 pm. 

In response to the tragic Five Points South mass shooting on September 21st and the record number of homicides in Birmingham this year, these services will offer special intentions for all victims of homicide in Birmingham. The names of those killed will be read aloud, and their souls commended with love to God's unfailing mercy. 

Please join us as we pray for the repose of the departed, for peace to surround all those who grieve, and for the healing of our city. 

All are warmly invited to submit the names of any loved ones and friends to be mentioned in the service. Please forward names to Fr. Peter Helman (rector@standrewsbham.org).
