Parish Pilgrimage - Equal Justice Initiative (EJI)

Saint Andrew's pilgrimage to The National Memorial for Peace and Justice, as well as the Freedom Monument Sculpture Park, in Montgomery, originally scheduled for this Saturday, Sept. 28th, will be rescheduled for a later date TBD. Please watch for more news in our weekly Net newsletters.

The Memorial is the nation's first that is dedicated to the more than 4,400 Black people killed in racial terror lynchings between 1877 and 1950. The Sculpture Park is a 17-acre site along the Alabama River that honors the lives and memories of the 10 million Black people who were trafficked and enslaved in America.

We will be coordinating a carpool for transportation to Montgomery and back.  If you are interested in offering rides to others, please let Fr. Peter know, or add a comment when you sign up that you would like to be a driver.

Please join us - all are welcome!
